Refund and Cancellations

1. No Refunds

As TECHWINGSYS is a training partner, the fees paid by students are solely for training purposes. Once paid, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, the fee may be refunded if our company fails to start a course (this does not apply to unavoidable instances). A delay in starting the class by up to a fortnight shall not be considered as not starting.

2. Batch Rescheduling/Cancellations

TECHWINGSYS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, etc.). In the event that TECHWINGSYS cancels a batch, a 100% refund will be paid to the students.

3. Duplicate Payments

Refunds of duplicate payments made by students will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 10 working days following the student’s intimation and TECHWINGSYS's approval.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the payment solution initially used by the customer. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
